Privacy policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

Your privacy matters to us. Here we explain in plain language what data we collect on kvant.ba, why, and how we protect it.

  1. 1.Who is responsible for your data

KVANT d.o.o., Hifzi Bjelavca 5, 71210, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, company ID 4201462060009. For any privacy questions, email us at [email protected].

  2. 2.What data we collect

The data you enter in the forms on this site: name, company, email, phone number, industry, current website address, product link and message. With every request we record the time it was sent and the IP address, to protect against abuse.

Like any web server, the server hosting this site automatically records technical data about visits (IP address, browser type, time of access) in log files.

  3. 3.Cookies and analytics

With your consent we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) to see how many visitors we have, which pages they read and where they come from. Google processes data about your device, browser, approximate location and the pages you visit, and data may be transferred to the USA. Until you click “Accept”, Google Analytics sets no cookies. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.

We do not use advertising cookies. Cloudflare, which protects the site from malicious traffic, may set a technically necessary cookie.

  4. 4.Why we use your data

Only to reply to your inquiry, prepare the requested proposal, sample or offer, and agree on possible cooperation. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, or send you promotional messages without your consent.

  5. 5.Who has access

Only KVANT d.o.o. staff who need the data to answer your request. Data is stored on our hosting provider’s server and in our email system. We may disclose data to authorities only where required by law.

  6. 6.How long we keep data

We keep inquiries as long as needed for communication and possible cooperation, and no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires longer retention.

  7. 7.Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data and to object to its processing. Simply email us at [email protected].

If you believe your rights have been violated, you can contact the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

  8. 8.Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
